This dreamy Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding is packed with skin loving nutrients, made with all organic ingredients, and gives off serious coastal glow energy. It’s perfect for your morning ritual or a nourishing mid afternoon treat. Bonus: it’s as beautiful as it is functional.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 1/2 cup organic almond milk (or creamer for richness)
- 1/4 cup organic Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp organic blue spirulina powder
- 1/2–1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup organic frozen kiwi (slightly thawed)
- 1 tbsp organic coconut flakes (optional but recommended)
Instructions
1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, spirulina, and
sweetener/vanilla if using.
2. Stir thoroughly, let sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
4. Before serving, top with kiwi and coconut flakes. You can also swirl the kiwi into the
pudding or layer it like a parfait.
